Job Title : Call Coordinator

Salary: £16160 per annum

Hours: Full and part time available (operating hours Monday - Friday 0830-1800, Saturday 0900-1300)

OVERALL PURPOSE

This job offers an opportunity to work within one of two energetic teams. Both teams work with patients and referrers within the NHS across a number of areas including answering enquires, booking appointments and providing general information.

The position will suit a bright and bubbly individual, with an immediate start available. Applicants need to be computer-literate, although training in specific company software will be given. A good telephone manner, strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to prioritise are beneficial, in addition to the ability to work independently as well as within a busy team. Resilience, flexibility and commitment to the role is also advantageous.

The successful candidate will be assisting in the provision of effective, high quality patient care by providing a telephone service to patients and administrative support to The Practice Services.
